Kinder to Primary
Our transition program is designed to help children move confidently from kinder to school. We provide tailored experiences that familiarise children with the school environment, routines and staff, while also supporting families as they begin this important learning journey.

 

Through play-based activities and supportive visits, children build confidence and develop a sense of belonging. Our goal is to ensure every child begins school feeling prepared, excited and supported.

Primary to Secondary
Moving from Grade 6 to Year 7 is an exciting milestone in every student’s learning journey, and our aim is to make that transition as smooth, positive and empowering as possible. We focus on helping students build confidence, form new connections and become familiar with the routines and expectations at secondary school.

Throughout the program, students take part in a range of carefully planned activities including orientation days, team-building workshops and opportunities to meet teachers and support staff. These experiences allow students to explore the school environment, understand new subjects, read timetables and begin to develop independence and organisational skills.
